This policy explains what Caritas Gweru does with information collected through this website. It should be read alongside our organisational values of confidentiality, accountability and transparency.

What we collect

If you send a message through the contact form we collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide. Our web host also records standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information, for security and diagnostics.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to keep a record of correspondence about a gift, a partnership or a safeguarding concern. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where we are required to by law or where a safeguarding referral requires it.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies its content management system needs to operate. We will update this section if analytics or embedded media are added.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent for, and then deleted.

Your rights
